In the last sentence, it says, “… they raise questions about greenhouse gas emissions from oil sands production.” So what? If the oil doesn’t go into the Keystone Pipleline, it will be piped to the coast where it will be loaded onto tankers and shipped to China. The “greenhouse gas” emissions associated with production won’t be affected in the least, but the emissions associated with shipping the oil to China probably will. - BK
