Conservatives Disappointed by Supreme Court Edict Striking Down Anti-Online Porn Laws
The United States Supreme Court on Tuesday decided in a highly divided 5-4 vote to strike down the 1998 Child Online Protection Act (COPA) signed by former President Clinton and supported by the Bush administration. COPA intended to punish pornographers for soliciting indecent material to children who surf the web.
