As a former member of the White House staff (Nixon); the first person to officially highlight the possibility and probabity of terrorism in NYC (specifically the WTC) in an official Report issued in 1976 (I was a senior Assistant to the Mayor and served as Executive Director for Emergency Preparedness), then later as a Marine Corps Maj/LtCol/Col heavily involved in Counter Terrorism/SpecOps, I couldn't agree more with Sergeant Major Leo Roberts' (USMC, Ret) comments. I was particularly chagrined over the appointment of that lady who authored the law that made it illegal for the Justice Department (and FBI) from sharing information with the CIA. In listening to the hearings, I thought that John Lehman (former Secretary of the Navy) made the most sense. By now, we should come to realize that ALL Special Commissions are appointed for political reasons, not to ferret out the TRUTH.
